What happens if the internet fails?

Nothing. Opticon labels use e-ink technology (like an eBook reader). This means: the image remains permanently, even without power or a connection. The last price remains visible to the customer until the connection is restored.

Do I have to maintain my prices twice?

No. Our approach is 'Orchestration over Integration.' We tap into your primary system (POS/ERP) and automatically mirror the prices on the signs. You continue to work in your software as usual.

How difficult is the installation?

Very easy. The labels are simply clicked onto the shelf rails. The base station (gateway) only requires power and a network connection. Linking product and label is done conveniently via a scan app.
